Shipping policy

At Leggy, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

 

Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post from:

Geelong, Victoria 3219

Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

For estimated delivery times, please use the Australia Post delivery time calculator via their website and enter 3219 as the sender postcode.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Rates (Australia)

We offer flat rate shipping across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping & Handling — $10 AUD
  • Express Shipping & Handling — $15 AUD

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

 

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During new releases, promotions or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Authority to Leave & Delivery Responsibility

If you select Authority to Leave (ATL), Leggy is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by Australia Post.

If no Authority to Leave is selected and no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post may leave a collection card for pickup at your local post office

 

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Leggy is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional postage fees will apply to resend the order.

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Leggy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post network delays
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shopping periods
